- Like a gorgeous, ‘one-of-a-kind’ gown by a master couturier, it is incomparable to anything produced by the generic factories that crank out the industry's standard wares.
- Saif's level of performance makes the general acting standards of Hindi cinema redundant. It takes the film to poetic height.
- Shakespeare would have smiled.

When srilu told me she saw Omkara,I half fainted, when she told me she did not read Othello,I 3/4th fainted.
I would have totally fainted but she clarified to me that she saw the movie sitting in her bedroom with a couple of friends and under parental guidance. I asked her did you see the whole movie and she told me she kept looking into her cell phone when there were bad scenes.Now, if Ajay was say 2 feet away from Kareena and it seemed like he would come near her,THAT is a bad scene for srilu's standards.So wonder if srilu SAW anything in the movie.This probably her friends who saw the movie with her are better qualified to tell.To prove me wrong she told me a number of dialogues from the movie.She ACTUALLY typed them all.Ok, srilu you have mastered the audio part.Happy! You should have said i heard the whole movie.lol.All the best for your concert.
P.S: Srilu also SAW Kal ho na ho's CLIMAX on Sony Max a few weeks back!

Small observation: srilu sees halahala in omkara, weird, very weird, but true!I've seen this man on TV, there is not even the slightest similarity between omi bhaiyya and him.
Inference: srilu did not understand the movie.
P.S: People who have spend their whole day understanding bulls and bears, and the great oil game, and all that crap, shouldn't see omkara!
